Main Responsibilities:
Promote Organzo's business model and growing opportunities.
Enhance our market presence in US Southern States.
Identify and qualify high-potential growers aligned with our business model.
Analyze market data to uncover new business opportunities.
Conduct meetings and visits with targeted growers.
Provide timely feedback to Organzo's executives.
Actively contribute to the negotiation of contracts, agreements, and terms of partnerships
to maximize mutual benefits and achieve strategic and revenue objectives.
Contribute to growers' retention for long-term business growth.
Represent Organzo at industry events and trade shows to promote brand awareness,
build industry relationships, and explore new business opportunities.
